We provide digital strategy, design, development, and automation services. Project scope, pricing, and deliverables are defined in individual statements of work or proposals accepted by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary materials, approvals, and feedback. Delays in client communication may impact timelines and fees.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees and could pause ongoing work until resolved.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final deliverables transfer to the client unless otherwise stipulated. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for fulfilling the project scope.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3rd Coast Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date and posting the revised Terms on this page.
